JIRA Profile

JIRA is the outgrowth of two previous firms that provided architectural design and construction management services. NDCCO, Inc. (NDCCO) operated from 1981 to 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, and Renaissance Design Build Group (RDBG), founded in 1993 and continues to operate, is based out of Jacksonville, Florida. John I. Rivers, AIA was founder and co-founder of NDCCO and RDBG respectively.

JIRA is lead by Mr. Rivers who has more than 42 years experience in planning, architecture and construction management. In addition, he has acquired experience developing real estate on a variety of projects throughout the country and abroad. Mr. Rivers has the ability to recognize the value of a potential project and the expertise to orchestrate the necessary components to bring it to reality.

Our generalized practice and staff of well trained, seasoned professionals responds to today’s complex and costly design and construction industry by becoming more flexible, efficient and budget sensitive. Our impressive roster of satisfied clients can attest to our expertise.
